Almost Home Return Policy

CANCELLING AN ORDER: Once you place your order with us, the shipping process is veryquick. If in stock, most orders are shipped the same day so you may cancel your order PRIOR tothe 1st email you receive from us but once you receive the 1st email your purchase will then besubject to the return policy below, if we are unable to stop the shipment from the warehouse.Also if you refuse delivery after it arrives at your location, your purchase will then be subject tothe return policy below.

DAMAGED OR PARTS MISSING: If something arrives damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will help you get the parts needed or will send you a replacement item, at no charge to you. If you decide you don’t want to have us replace the item and you want to return it, your purchase will then be subject to our return policy below.

RETURN POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send it back using any company that uses a tracking system, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt, and we will be happy to refund the purchase price of that item, except for items that were assembled, or modified.  There may be a 15% restocking fee, on certain items, which will be deducted from the refund. Also, when shipping is included in the item price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For hygienic reasons, pillows, mattresses and covers must be unopened. Once opened these items can not be returned for a refund.

Returning a Purchase

  • Please call or email us with your name, original order number, reason for returning the item and what item(s) you are returning. At that time we will let you know the location itis to be returned to.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please use the shipping method you prefer and email us the tracking number so we know when to expect the return.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if items have been assembled or modified, they are not returnable.
  • We will issue you a refund back using the payment method you used to purchase the item, minus any actual shipping charges if we had shipped your item for free, once we have received the item in its original condition. Please allow a few days to see the refund, as this process needs to go through our credit department.
